ETHNIC STUDIES	Name of Book: Natives and Strangers: A Multicultural History of Americans Author(s): Leonard Dinnerstein, Roger L. Nichols, and David M. Reimers Edition: 3rd Edition Price: $32.99 Details: Although my Political Science teacher asked us to purchase this textbook, we never had a chance to use it. Most of the classwork, tests, and reports that were given to us were based on the notes we took in class. The book is a paperback, in great condition. Roth (Editor) Edition: 8th Edition Price: $23.87 CD ROM not included Details: This is an excellent book for a health education, or as some college professors prefer to call it Health Science. This books contains chapters on stress, relationships, pregnancy and childbirth, drug use and abuse, nutrition, exercise, and diseases such as heart disease and cancer. I couldn't have asked for a better health science book than this one. The book is $23.87, plus shipping and handling. Sorry, but I don't have the CD-ROM. *MATHEMATICS/ ELEMENTARY OR INTERMEDIATE ALGEBRA*	Name of Book: (left) Elementary and Intermediate Algebra: A Combined Course (right) Elementary and Intermediate Algebra Author(s): Roland E. Larson and Robert P. Hostetler Edition: 2nd Edition Price: $29.90 NOT SOLD SEPARATELY Details: This is a textbook I used a long time ago when I was taking an Algebra class in college. What I really like about this textbook is that it came with a book that helps you to understand the material better. The book on the left is a hard cover textbook, while the book on the right is a paperback. Both books are in good condition. There is a fold in the very front of the book (hardcover), which was made by the college bookstore when it was sold to me at a used price. The books are $29.90, plus shipping and handling charges. SOCIOLOGY	Name of Book: Deviant Behavior: A Text-Reader in the Sociology of Deviance Author(s): Delos H. Kelly Edition: 5th Edition Price: $22.75 Details: I don't remember too much about using this book. Most of the material that was covered in class was based on lectures and videos. I have used the book, but I have no recollection as to what I read in the book. I'd say that the book is in fair condition... well, the cover of the book has a couple of folds on the bottom right hand corner. I think you can see what I mean in the photo on the left. On the back of the book, there is a tear. I used tape to fix the back. Otherwise, the book itself (the pages) are in good condition. The price for this book is $22.75, plus shipping and handling.
