NAME OF CHARACTER: Natsumi Tsujimoto ANIME SERIES: You're Under Arrest COSTUME STATUS: Bought COSTUME DEBUT: Fanime Con 2000 (as Natsumi Tsujimoto) DETAILS: Because I chopped off my hair back in 1999, it didn't grow back entirely.  My hair was still at medium length, meaning that the idea of dressing up as Miyuki Kobayakawa is out. :( This is the very first anime costume I had ever owned… only I dressed up as Miyuki Kobayakawa at the time.  I figured that since Fanime Con 1998 was my first con, and since it was a fun event, it wouldn't matter to anyone if the costume was bought or made... or so I thought at the time.  I've had the navy blue skirt since I was in high school.  Well... right now, it doesn't quite fit me like it used to. :(  I purchased the light blue shirt at an army attire shop called Pioneer.  To shed a little light for this costume, the white band I wore from the shoulder to the underarm is white yarn, braided.  Otherwise, this costume was purchased.
