NAME OF CHARACTER: Yukino Miyazawa ANIME SERIES: His & Her Circumstances COSTUME STATUS: 50% made by Claudine Roselle Puente COSTUME DEBUT: Anime Expo 2001 DETAILS: I love watching His & Her Circumstances, and I absolutely love the character Yukino Miyazawa.  Yeah, I know what you're saying.  I'd be better off if I played Maho Izawa.  I'll look into it. :) Okay, the navy blue blazer belongs to my mom, and so does the white cotton blouse.  The fabric for the skirt was just perfect.  It almost looks identical to the animated version.  The pleated plaid skirt is 65% polyester and 35% rayon.  I will honestly tell you that it was my first time making a pleated skirt, and it turned out... somewhat okay. :|  The tie is was made out of left over periwinkle lycra.  And -- yeah, you guessed it.  The black legwarmers are the same ones I use for my Ukyo costume.
